Yes, the cost of a building permit is factored into your estimate. Special zoning permits are not automatically included. Please discuss the need for a special zoning permit with our onsite representative
Do we have an type of warranties or guarantees?

Yes, we have product and workmanship warranties, this varies by type of fence.
Do we have to choose from what is on the estimator/website?

No, give our office a call or email us to discuss different options and set up an estimate.
Do we obtain HOA approval?

We will help obtain HOA approval as needed. Please be sure to mention this during your layout with us and have contact information ready.
Do I need to get a survey of my property?

Maybe, we typically do not need a survey. Our onsite foreman will advise you of your options when he visits your property to finalize.
Do I need to have my property located?

No, we take care of calling Diggers Hotline and getting your utilities marked.
